I think it's a quite clear, aesthetic, & comprehensible synthesis of a complex topic.

Perhaps they dispute the title, but the legality of the CHNV Program hasn't been adjudicated in court. Many executive actions are illegal. And mass importing Haitians using their novel TPS justifications is not explicitly authorized by Congress.
