I encouraged people to stay in line and vote because the Democrats were discouraging voters from in person voting today in Delaware County. In fact, the election worker told people in line to go to the Chester Heights satellite office because the line was shorter there. Do you know what happened when they got to the Chester Heights office to vote in person? They were told that they ran out of mib applications. This is voter suppression in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. I did nothing wrong except encourage people to stay in line and vote. So they arrested me. VOTE! #Trump #Trump2024 #Delco #Pennsylvania

Last week, I told you about Sandra Weyer, the 61-year-old PA woman who was inside the Capitol for 11 minutes on Jan 6 and convicted by Judge Boasberg (Obama) of 1512c2 felony and 4 misdemeanors.

After SCOTUS granted cert in Fischer--the 1512c2 case--and given her suffering in Philly's federal prison, Boasberg released Weyer after 3 1/2 months saying that was the average prison time for her other low level convictions.

Her 1512c2 conviction was vacated--so now DOJ wants to resentence Weyer on the remaining 4 misdemeanors.

Asst. US Atty Victoria Sheets, working out of Matthew Graves office, at first told Weyer's attorney that DOJ would not seek additional incarceration. She then followed up indicating DOJ WOULD seek more time in prison.

Weyer has no criminal record and committed no violence on Jan 6 but this ruthless DOJ still wants her to pay for believing the 2020 election was stolen.

Her husband just died after a brief battle with liver cancer. He was diagnosed shortly after she was released.

But because Sheets misrepresented at first that DOJ would not seek prison time, DOJ admitted its mistake but still wants NINE MONTHS HOME INCARCERATION.

Can you imagine the torment of not being able to leave the house after your husband of 40 years just died?

Her sentencing hearing is tomorrow morning. I will be there.

Maddow compared Trump supporters complaining about illegal immigrants getting “whatever they want” to Nazis complaining about “job-taking” Jewish refugees.

“If you don't want to be compared to the folks who held rallies like that in 1939, don't hold rallies like that,” Maddow said with a straight face.

"There’s been lines like this for days across counties in PA. Only for election officials to come out and push people out of line and tell them to come back," said James Blair, political director of the Trump campaign.

Blair also said there are Democrats in Bucks County running around with badges on, intimidating voters while pretending like they are election officials.
