Deputies arrested 27-year-old Luis Diego Hernandez-Moncayo who is in the country illegally and reportedly just applied for asylum a day before, according to law enforcement. Hernandez-Moncayo is charged with sexual battery, battery by strangulation and false imprisonment with an immigration detainer from the U.S. Border Patrol.

Paul Pelosi hammer attacker sentenced to life in prison, without parole.

David DePape, who was previously sentenced to 30 years in jail, has been given life without parole after a separate California state trial.

DePape was previously convicted in 2023 for breaking into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and attacking her husband with a hammer.

Major networks ABC, CBS, and NBC have delivered most unbalanced election coverage in history, Media Research Center finds.

Networks spent 31% of Trump coverage on controversies while dedicating only 5% of Kamala coverage to critical topics.

The Study analyzed over 600 segments since July.

The Coverage gap exceeds both 2016 and 2020 elections, as networks gave twice as much airtime to Trump after September debate - mostly negative.

Findings come as Gallup shows public trust in media hits new low, with 36% having "no trust at all."
