The Colorado chapter of the ACLU is threatening to sue and personally hold Colorado sheriffs liable if they help with the deportations of ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIENS.

MacDonald and Richardson, head of ACLU there warned Colorado sheriffs that "joining with ICE or other federal officers in mass immigration raids or using the power of your office to hold people solely at ICE request will expose you and your officers to personal liability."
