Texas police arrested Daikerlyn Alejandra Gonzalez, a Venezuelan migrant, on May 27, 2025, for a fatal jet ski hit-and-run on Grapevine Lake.
She slammed into 18-year-old Ava Moore, kayaking near Oak Grove Park on May 25, causing severe head trauma.
Moore, a recent Air Force recruit, died in hospital.
Gonzalez sped off with a man, later crashing into a car.
