She's trying to sell stuff now to make it. Just spent 3 days without heat with highs in the 20s. Come on y'all, its time to take care of her for the second month. Widow's Social Security benefits are coming, but we gotta do this.

She's handling things better than she thought she would, but she's still struggling.

So the government took his December SS check back because of his passing. It could take her up to 2 months to file and receive her widow's benefits. In the meantime, she need's our help.

My wife is talking to her daily. She's struggling, but doing her best to stay tough.

That’s really tough… good on you guys for stepping up and supporting her through this. Every little bit helps in situations like that — hope she gets through the paperwork quickly and things ease up soon 🙏
