How do you add photos without uploading them?

I'm on a laptop,, so I either do A: right click image from just about anywhere and copy, then paste into here,, or B: for the sometiimes pesky images that wont cooperate,, I use the snipping tool.. and screen grab whatever..
on a phone? fuck, I dont know lol..
