Who do you guys have? I'm going with Watson, as Clemson didn't have the CRAZY supporting class they have right now. He almost beat Alabama the first time without his best WR. Your opinion? PhotoCollage_20200507_091131144.jpg

I’m gonna go with Toby Gerhart! Only finished 28 points behind Mark Ingram in the ‘09 voting. He absolutely carried his team, which was far inferior to Bama and their stable of skill players. 28 TD runs in one less game but traditionally Heisman winners are on dominant teams. (Minus a few ex: Lamar Jackson) He wasn’t flashy, he was supremely underrated, and he was as tough as they come.0E9B4F09-CDD0-4CF8-99A1-418E7C0C0638.jpeg

Hmmn.

Pat White. Vince Young. Andrew Luck. Tua Tagovailoa. Peyton-HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I feel Tua was worthy of a Heisman but dang was he unlucky with the competition he had. Vince young is the obvious “snub” so to speak. I feel he deserve it over Bush simply for the fact that he carried his team essentially. Bush had a great QB, great tandem RB partner in LenDale White. Vince took that offense, put in on his shoulders and carried it. Also, the pat white should have happened!

Christian McCaffrey.
This is the answer. Tommy Frazier should be a close runner up in my mind, and everyone else is playing for 3rd place. Ndzagedamka Suh should have won it too, but since we know the voters won’t go defense it’s not a surprise.
Lorenzo White had a monster year when Bo Jackson won it. I’m sure there’s plenty of guys who just had the bad luck to have a great year when someone else had a monster year,and/or was the best player on a great team.

If only he had put those numbers up against real defenses...

All kidding aside, it would have been interesting to see what he could have done against SEC defenses imo. The kids had a ton of talent.

Considering he’s the best running back in the league, I think he’d do ok.
