Question about Facebook Marketplace…….

I can proudly say that I have never had a Facebook or Twitter account. There just seems to be a lot of nastiness, but that’s a different conversation.

I have discovered though, that most of the best deals on used boats seems to have moved from Craigslist to Facebook.

if I start an account with a ”burner” gmail account, will Lizard-Man Zuck be able to claim me as part of his human biomass? Will he be able to get into may saved images and see all of the dank anti government memes I have stashed away?

I feel like the fat kid that hasn’t been picked yet. Always a day late and a dollar short.

Depends on what information you put into your profile and what your activity on FB is I would think. You should be able to go the fairly anonymous route to use marketplace to find me a boat...

Yep

I know I am the anomaly but I enjoy FB. I have taken the time to block content and people I don’t want to see. Now my feed is pretty much DAWGS, fishing, soccer, beer, and food trucks.

I can give marketplace a thumbs up.
