I expect in the next handful of years to see Riley and Kelly fence off southern CA and Bishop Gorman in NV. And then start really making pushes into CO and AZ.

Safe to say that LA College football is getting ready for a Renaissance

I am certainly hoping that is the case. We only signed 7 the past couple of days but four of those were from Mater Dei and Bishop Gorman.

With the transfer portal Riley said signing day is every day and that the new overhauled roster can see a change of 35 or more spots.

This is just my outside opinion. But when it comes to conference strength. I think the PAC aren't too much different most years. Just the names of the schools. But it will be interesting to see if they can make the PAC relvent again.

At the risk of sounding like an arrogant USC fan I don’t understand how the rest of the Pac 12 didn’t capitalize on USC’s: NCAA sanctions, multiple shitty coaching hiring, and the never ending retaining of arguably the worst coach (Helton) in USC history. The SEC took advantage of it.

Keeping Donte Williams on as DB coach played a big role in Domani imo. Some big recruits still on the board between the Army all American announcements and February. And SC is working the portal. Seeing a lot of reports Josh Henson (Tamu) may be hired as the SC Oline coach co OC that would be a major piece. Great oline coach and recruiter fingers crossed Fight On

Still waiting on confirmation but it looks like the DL coach will be Shaun Nua from Michigan. Which would be adding a big piece imo. Really like the addition of McDonald what he’s done with Utah’s RB’s has been very impressive. Also liked picking up Henson as the OL coach from aTm. If nothing changes especially with how crazy this coaching carousel has been. We should have a lot to look forward to. This is what it looks like a

Assistant Coaching carousel has been crazy. I hope this sticks. We have seen a couple coming our way only to end up somewhere else. Nice to see Riley move fast on replacements when that has happened.

So far so good Henson and McDonald are already recruiting for SC. Will feel more comfortable when I see more on Nua. He could be big tho. Saw one 4* unsigned UM DL put out a tweet that looked like he may flip. those big ugliest in the trenches. Haskins the OT that transferred from UVA is a good start and there still some recruits out there with a lot of players in the portal. I believe I read there are 3000 players in the portal now that’s insane
