Still kinda sad to see it's gone. This is a great place no doubt. I'll continue to be a board whore lol. Just doesn't seem real that the place it all started is just gone in Rivals.

I started on ESPN message boards way back when and lurked Rivals for years.... I don't post as much as I used to, so, who knows what my interaction will be with online sports in the future.

The one silver lining is that they brought on all the archived PM conversations from Rivals, so I’m still able to see the back-and-forth this group had during the Purge.

I definitely can fall for nostalgia in real life so I may become one about the "good old days" in that aspect. Know all too well about change and how it can be good or bad. My belief is to remember the past for good memories to push yourself and the bad to learn and not make the same mistakes over & over. Though I may have to rethink that as AC/DC put it, "
