Shocking news...

Should do great with all the time he will have in the pocket in the Big 12. His biggest problem that he got better at in game time a year ago was having happy feet and leaving the pocket too early on plays. He got better at not giving up on plays early last year and keeping his eyes downfield longer. It showed in the game time he had. He always has had good physical tools. He landed in the perfect system for his last season I think.
 
Classes started today. I doubt anyone is transferring there (although Mordecai might want to explore his options if he wants to play) but the coaches need to think about stuff like that before they make it official.

To be honest, from what I've heard Powder scares me more. Y'all are probably going to rip our hearts out again but I don't see how Hurts replicates what your last two quarterbacks did. The Freshman might end up being special though.

Rattler will probably win the starting job next year. I can see Mrodecai entering the portal after the fall semester is over.

Depth might be a problem next year. All world RS Freshman or Sophomore as a starter and all world replacement coming in. It's a great problem to have but I don't see how you convince a kid to come in and hold a clip board his entire career.

I don't even think Riley has a QB targeted for '20.

Yeah, some kids might figure Rattler will have QB1 locked down.
