Snacktime

Borderline diabetic, so diet drinks (root beer, Dr. Pepper, coke caffeine free), bottled water, unsweetened iced tea, half-half sweet-unsweet tea if behaved throughout day, cheese (no sugars) & nuts, bite sized candy bars if I behaved that day, allow one bad sugar item per week (perhaps a lunch dessert vs a snack later in the day). Often snack near bedtime to hold sugar level up over night as I often eat brunch between 11 and 2:30 depending on work. Most snacking is late, not during day. Also, I like these a lot:
