So does Burreaux suffer the Heisman jinx?

Lots of Heisman winners do crap the bed in bowls. The one I enjoyed watching the most was Miami's Gino Torretta.

Alabama was not given a chance in the NC game. The Miami players mouthed off, as usual back then, all week that Alabama did not have the speed yada yada to play one on one. When Alabama's defense lined up 11 on the line Torretta literally crapped his pants throwing a pick six. This is my favorite memory from that game. George Teague running down Lamar Thomas for the strip. Thomas was the main braggard that Alabama DBs could not run with him.

Toretta absolutely deserved the Heisman. He was an amazing CFB QB. He wasn't any more than a great CFB QB, but he did good at what he done.
 
I hope so, but I doubt it. My prediction is LSU wins, but OU covers. Hopefully I'm wrong.

He never knew where the pressure was coming from. Copeland and Curry beat him up the whole game.
Side note: There was a little known wide receiver at Alabama that year. You may have heard of him... Dabo Swinney.
