I had been hearing that Fromm was going to stay another year, so this is a little surprising. Maybe he felt that there would be too much rebuilding and decided he would rather head to the Pros. Can't say I am unhappy tho. ;)

OP look at your incoming talent and how many EE’s you have; you could be better than you think. Kids come in more prepared to contribute sooner than they used to. As for ASU, we lose 60% of our offensive production but gain a shitload of new offensive replacements at the skill positions. Our OL will be our biggest concern yet again.

And @iesheepdog, thanks for the kind words but embarrassing USC rarely happens inside the PAC, it will be a good game for sure.

Edwards is killing it here in Cali in recruiting. ASU and Oregon could very well meet twice next year. Tough game for you in Oregon, but a conference championship game in Vegas would be great.

Oh I know all about what Edwards is doing in California, I live here too, but USC brings back most of their starters and that just can’t be overlooked. You guys will be very good!

Thanks brother. I won’t argue that we should be very good, but coaching is the question mark, specifically defense. Waiting to see who the next DC is. Helton can redeem himself if he gets a tough disciplinary type coach. Keeping my fingers crossed on this hire.

I'm guessing he's the 4th QB to get drafted, at best, this year. Probably the same next year. If staying another year at UGA doesn't improve his draft stock, why risk it?

I think the only question mark is QB. I expect that Kirby is shooting for a grad transfer to fill a big void. Either Newman from Wake or Costello from Stanford seem to be the likely targets. I think the rest of the offense will be fine. OL is still loaded, 4 RBs that were top 10 in the nation coming out of HS and the WR corps will be MUCH improved. Having Luke as OL Coach will help OC Coley immensely. With the right QB, The offense could be much better. The defense will be better than this year(if that's even possible). I don't have a problem predicting UGA going into Tuscaloosa and beating Bama in 2020.
