It was an eventful week that provided a quite eventful Saturday. Let's examine the carcass.

College Football

UNC Pembroke won and that's what matters.

Ohio State and Oregon seemed to understand the assignment the most and they'll face each other next week.

Teams that did not understand the assignment include Alabama, Tennessee, Michigan, and Southern Cal.

Diego Pavia has now beaten Alabama and Auburn during his college career as quarterback after not being recruited out of high school.

Miami-FL came back to beat California in this week's edition of ACC After Dark.

Texas A&M beat Missouri and it was lopsided.

SMU has never lost in ACC play.

Indiana is undefeated and bowl eligible.

Army and Navy are each 5-0 and if this keeps up, they'll play each other 2 straight weeks in December.

Florida beat UCF, causing Taco Bell wrappers to be flown at half staff across Orlando.

Florida State is 1-5.

How many times can a team blow a 4th Quarter lead and lose in a season? At least 5 if you're Kansas.

Texas Tech continues to be almost unbeaten against FBS competition this season.

Questions!

On a scale of 1 to Obviously, how much does the ACC love Miami-FL?

Why can't Iowa offense against good teams?

Does Coach Norvell last the season?

Has Coach Napier done enough to survive to the 2025 season?

NFL

The Panthers exist to make me regret knowing what an NFL is.

Jets vs Vikings has been outsourced to England.

WNBA

The Liberty lead the Aces 2-1 and the Lynx lead the Sun 2-1 in their respective Best of 5 Semifinals with both Game 4s today.

MLB

The Braves split with the Mets so both could make the Playoffs and the Diamondbacks miss out.

The Braves season ended in the Wild Card Round, but at least they made it there.

Is this the Guardians' year?

Have the Yankees been blessed by MLB?

NASCAR

Rajah Caruth is still alive in the Truck Playoffs.

Andres Perez is officially the ARCA Champion. Toni Breidinger finishes 4th in points while Amber Balcean finishes 6th.

William Sawalich is the driver to watch in the coming years.

NHL

Despite the Preseason still needing to wrap up, the Devils and Sabres played a pair of regular season games with New Jersey winning both.

Field Hockey

North Carolina is still undefeated.

I'm sure there's plenty more out there, but I need to sleep. Discuss and whatnot.
