Protein shake, banana and peanut butter, and homemade sweet potato fries. No, I don't need to go grocery shopping. Yes, I gave up on cooking for tonight lol. @FifthQuarter you should try italian dressing on a baked potato. It's delicious

weight loss doc told me that a plain baked potato is about 70 calories,, but when you load it up with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, etc.. it quickly becomes 700 calories.. He said try salsa on it.. which is similar to @FifthQuarter's tomato relish, i will try the italian dressing.

Last night we had wagyu beef and pea salad. Local store had a sale on the beef roast for 2.99 lb so I got a 35 dollar roast for 10 bucks. Salt, pepper and toss it on the smoker at 225 for a few hours till it reached internal temp of 130. Took it off and left it alone for half an hour. Oh so good.
