What kind of tacos y'all like? The Maxi place in town makes pretty dang good tacos (and other Mexican foods that consist of meat and other ingredients wrapped in a tortilla.)

My favorites are lingua and carne. But I also enjoy the cabesa and tripa. Both green sauces and a bit of red are a must. How about y'all (taco bell and Jack in the box don't count.)

gotta say this first.. a hard shell taco is the worst container for food in the history of man.. one bite and your food is either scattered in your plate or all over your shirt..
that said, the soft shell tortilla makes anything better :) I like the flour better than corn for kinda the same reason.. corn tortillas fall apart most of the time..
We dont really get good tacos around here,, people dont venture much past the hamburger meat, chicken, steak, or mahi mahi with the standard toppings.. I do very much like any of these with Verde sauce.. :)...

i have never met a taco i didn't like.

Tripa is basically chitlings.

I love soft shell tacos w/

hamburger meat
Salsa
Sour cream
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Shredded cheese

I also like fish tacos but they can get messy because the fish takes up the whole taco.

Love both real Mexican and alternate Mexican (Taco Bell) tacos. Generally hard shell at Taco Bell, soft tortillas at real Mexican restaurants - Carne Asada, Campechanos, Mole Poblano /w Chicken, Chicken cooked in Tomatilla verde sauce.

I haven't tried Tripa in a taco, but I've had chitlings. I'm always up for trying a new Mexican place, when out of town.
