Who will be your first top 4. And the first couple outside looking in

For me:

Georgia
Oklahoma
Michigan State
Cincy

Alabama
Ohio St

I can’t believe MSU football has won 8 games thus far. I guess our ranking is deserved based on a lot of other teams that have had a loss, but our schedule is backloaded. UM was the first big test, and while I love the win, PSU and OSU await. We have a lot of flaws that a talented team could exploit with the right scheme.

This team feels like a 12 to 14ish team talent-wise, but has taken advantage of a strange year in CFB. I don’t want to see this team in the CFP, and I think OSU and a PSU (with a healthy QB) will both make sure that doesn’t happen. OSU in particular will likely have some gaudy stats against us. FYI, Vegas has us a 2.5 favorite @Purdue next week.

im excited for the future, but it’ll take a couple years for Tuck to get his guys in place, hopefully with some depth. We have been fortunate to have a favorable schedule that let us build some momentum and get some buzz, and I do feel we’re farther along than I thought we would be, but there will be some setbacks coming up.

My top 4 would be

UGA
Sparty
Cinci
Bama

OU has to beat somebody else in the top 25. They've only played one team with a pulse thus far. The next three for them is Baylor, Iowa State and Oklahoma State

While I completely agree with you. I think the committee has their Oklahoma Lincoln Riley hard on and will never fail to over f'ing hype them at any possible chance.

Last week was a great show of that. They struggle all day against Kansas. And then turn it on late and get the W and it is all highlights of their QB. Cincy plays Navy, controls the game all day not playing their starters as much as they normally do to reduce injury potential for down the road. And Navy gets a lucky late TD and an onside and all of the sudden Cincy grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat.

I honestly forget how big a hard on they have to people in name only.

If Oklahoma made the CFP I expect they get exposed fast.

The Mich/Sparty game was probably the best game Ive seen not just this year, but probably in the last few years. Anybody who doesnt have Sparty in their top 4 did not watch that game. All guts and glory. by undefeated by Mich St. Im looking at you AP and Coaches poll. Much disdain towards you.

One of those times 'instant classic' lives up to it
