Apparently it likes to post pictures in landscape. I took that in portrait, and since I'm on my phone I decided not to figure how to rotate it. And of course I'm way too lazy to go outside and take a new picture.
Lazy would probably be the last thing anyone would call you. Holy crap, that thing is big. Is it level, haha?!

Holy crap man. That's going to be a big one. I envisioned in my head one that was just big enough for about maybe half a dozen not 60. I see you live in hops country
Yep, heart of hops country. They are putting hops in everywhere they can. It's a perfect micro climate for hops here.

It ended up bigger than I had originally planned. Go big or go home, right?

Is it level??? Yes. But I was a little nervous when I got the main beam bolted down, then climbed up there with the level to check it. Damn near perfect. Plus, it'll double as a dance floor after the wedding. Next year I'm going to build an outdoor kitchen with built in grill, smoker and sink and fridge on the back side, bench seats with storage and a small fire pit to the south. Mrs Nod has an outlet for us to get granite counter top on it for cheap. Then a ceiling fan and its set.

When (the soon to be) Mrs Nod and I started looking at venues the prices were ridiculous. My buddy said "just have it at your place" and I started looking at gazebo plans. I thought it was going to be a tough sell to Marla but she was all for it. Saved me about $4000. By the time I'm done I'll have about $500 into that thing.

I only asked in jest. We spoke the other day and you were tearing it up from where it was slightly off. I would never have noticed, as we West Virginians have one leg shorter than the other due to standing on the hills :)

The wife has been pushing for me to build something like this at our home in Alabama when I retire in a couple of years...

My Grandma had my cousin convinced that the free range cattle we run into in the mountains had two legs shorter than the other ones. My cousin always was gullible, I had her looking for Nagas for hours so we could skin them.
