I would have pity for her, were she not so fucking stupid and misguided. As such, I relish her anger, her pain.

You walk a fine line between legitimate criticism and outright hatred. I had a gay uncle. He remained closeted all his life, up until he ended it at the end of a rope. He was also a devout Catholic (so please consider what I just said of his passing), and a good, kind, funny man, and my favorite uncle. I hate the lgbgt*%#{]}[AqH& bully pulpit but neither do I hate homosexuals or choose to slur them.

I’m well aware. I’d wager I can dive well deeper into scripture, canon, and history then you. No offense intended. I don’t deny my Uncle was gay, and had a life partner. It’s a sin. I sin. You sin. Not debating hypocrisy nor weight of sin. But I knew my Uncle and God knows I believe God would recognize his contributions of good to the world while he drew breath on earth more than he’d condemn that he was a sodomite.

I can and do - as you’re well aware- criticize the alphabet mafia. But that doesn’t mean I hate kind innocents that fall under that label. I don’t see the need to post a pic of a bigot suggesting “God hates” (with a slur),when I know full well God does not hate. Ever. God judges- fairly, righteously. And…careful there. You and me, both. But God does not hate. God is love. Else, He would not be God.
