Breaking: The Islamic State propaganda arm has claimed responsibility for the deadly mass stabbing at the Festival of Diversity in Solingen, Germany. ISIS frames it as an attack on Christians.

Police have still refused to share suspect information about the wanted knifeman. He allegedly shouted praise for Allah during the attack.
