We have several areas in the state that take venison to serve the needy who are hungry. No one around here is going to complain about deer in a freezer, even in a restaurant. Just keep it separate from the other food. Deer processing is big business, there are several just a few minutes from me.

Now we had a new Chinese restaurant about twenty five years ago that opened across from the courthouse. It was well known that there was a sudden scarcity of squirrels and feral cats on the courthouse square after they opened.
