Its a LOT of people in Tech and a pretty good number in Banking. I don't know about other sectors but I imagine its going to displace a lot of other people in the short run until the AI bubble bursts. That is inevitably going to happen but it could take a couple years.

It really sucks in banking right now. Ask me how I know.......

P.S. the whole learn to code thing was for Leftists in politics like Hillary and Biden and in the corporate media who just casually dismissed the troubles of manufacturing workers put out of a job. It wasn't White Collar workers in tech or banking who just laughed off factories closing down and towns being ruined.
