And the dem party is concerned that they are not getting the message out about their accomplishments. Exactly what do they have to crow about?
Annhydrous ammonia. You know, aka nitrogen that corn needs to grow, is up 400% in a year. The price of Corn is up roughly 75% since a year ago, soybeans are similar. Also p&k, which you need for both corn and soybeans is up somewhere between 200 and 300%.

To be fair, the rise in grain prices is about the only thing that you can blame Putin for, two of the world's largest exporters are at war thanks to him. What is Biden doing about it? NADA...

I'm glad for the high grain prices, though they still come at a cost, much higher inputs, and these now are unprecedented. Grain was already trending higher before Putin invaded, I'm not saying that's not part of it but another part of higher grain prices is a weak dollar. All of the money that the US has printed lately has devalued the dollar. That has actually made it cheaper to buy here than say Brazil at the moment. In fact I heard a couple weeks ago now that soybeans in Brazil were a couple dollars more there than here. After you compare the currency worth in both nations.
