The Overton Window has definitely been pushed Left over the past 20ish years. I remember lefties like @aubie used to laugh at that statement, but it is so true. Take a look at this list and tell me which one is not true, and this is just a list of social issues, not even mentioning the spending habits of both D's and R's today. No matter where YOU stand on any of these issues, society has definitely moved Left.
  • Society stance on weed - moved much to the left, with numerous R's supporting legalization nowadays.
  • Gay marriage - yep, moved to the left
  • Trans "rights" - teachers feel comfortable enough to shout from the rooftops that they want to groom kids, they are pushing hormone blockers and masectomies on KIDS without parental consent.
  • Abortion - what happened to Safe/Legal/Rare?
  • "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it" - this is a classical liberal idea that is now considered alt-right.
There's more, but can anyone name a social issue that has moved to the right? We are starting to see the push back, but that's because the damned Overton Window has fallen off the Left side of the wall and we need to let some light in.

Silence is violence, and yet, free speech is hate speech and hate speech is violence. Anyone can be any gender, and yet women are oppressed by patriarchy and yet women and men are the same, and masculinity is toxic and yet strong women are masculine and brave. War is bad except against Russia, which is good, slavery is bad except when China does it, and criticism them is racist. We must give up more of our freedoms until the government decides it's safe so that we can regain our freedoms.

Man the evil swamp rats are up to their most vile tricks. It'd be laughable if the media didn't pretend it was credible, and the willing sycophant left wasn't salivating and frothing to then act upon it as though it were fact. One day, and one day soon, I hope, these fucking cunts will learn a sharpie scrolled poster board won't stop a brick/buick/bullet.

The left has been waging open warfare against this country since 2008. Anyone who votes Democrat is an enemy of this country.
