1-what we call oppression is laffable to people from other countries who know what real oppression is.

2-who are the people who think this country is going in the right direction.

I'm on this webinar from one of our vendors "How to be antiracist in a global workplace" featuring Ibram Kendi. It is absolute garbage. So many assumptions and bigotted thinking that if you have a different opinion than they do that you must be racist/white supremacist. This kind of thinking drives a large wedge.
