It'll take a societal change for these shootings to stop - and as you said it may be too late.
We need:
Fathers in the home. But the Left has been trying to destroy families for generations now.
More baseball games at the empty lot, and less social media, less Grand Theft Auto and other video games.
Less censorship and protection of our feelings. If someone is "picking" on you, stand up to your bullies. Kids today don't know how to do that so they finally snap.
More personal responsibility. Less identity politics. You aren't an asshole because you are white - you're just an asshole. You arent poor because you are black you are just poor.
Our kids don't belong to society - they belong to their parents. This goes back to point number one - destroy the family unit. The Left is so busy chemically castrating their own kids that they also want to groom your kids.

Too much raw data to suggest otherwise at this point. It's why I'm moving west to Colorado this summer. It's where my whole family is, SW Colorado is this cool, almost semi autonomous libertarian area full of every kind of folk and guess what? No shootings, no racists, gay folk, straight folk, atheists, religious folk, white, black, native purple etc. That's my kind of people. Live and let live, cannabis agriculture and prime elk hunting, fishing galore. Imma be a kid in a candy store

Sounds like my kind of place. My sister in Oregon just bought 1200 acres. Bro-in-law (an old Rodeo man - sometime I'll tell ya the story of how we met and became family) just secured me a cow tag. Between that and my beef and the deer I'll get - I'll have more than enough.
Once you settle in we need to get together. Thats a short run to CO.

I agree 100% With @CowpokeU, eliminating Alpha males persons from your organisation ensures your security as a boss, but at a cost of endangering the people you are sworn to protect.
