About a year ago just for shits and giggles I decided to rewatch an old flick from the 1970s I vaguely remembered watching as a kid.....the Parallax View. The flick was only OK but what struck me was a significant part of it was set in Seattle. I was amazed at how beautiful it was, how there was almost no graffiti or trash or junkies or obese people anywhere. It looked just gorgeous....like a wonderful place to live filled with normal Americans.

Its sad to see what its become.
