What does it take to run a non-accredited online certification program?

Wonder if anyone knows what it would take to legally run a service for a non-accredited online certification program.

Specifically, I’m thinking of Exorcism, Ghost Hunting, Spiritual Warfare, ect.

It is a growth market, but outside of the Catholic church, the only thing I could find was this embarrassment of a program.

Was thinking that I could assemble some online textbooks, throw together a non-profit and create a program for non-Catholic clergy practitioners.

What would it take to do that by the books?

Main thing is to get accredited enough to take student loans...

No reason to reinvent the wheel...

Can you get a degree in occult studies?
Question:
Can you get a degree in occult studies?
Answer:
Degrees in occult studies are not typically offered by accredited universities, though there are some exceptions. Bircham International University, which is accredited by several international accreditation agencies, offers a Bachelor of Arts in Mythology & Occultism. Several non-accredited institutions, such as Miskatonic University and the American Institute of Metaphysics also offer degree programs in the occult. Many respected colleges and universities, while not offering degree programs in occult studies, do offer courses related to the topic. For example, the University of Gothenburg offers a 7.5 credit hour graduate course titled Occultism and Modernity.
Students interested in pursuing undergraduate or graduate study of the occult may be best served by looking into programs in folklore. Folklore blankets a full spectrum of ethnographic studies which includes occult related studies. Many accredited universities in the United States offer undergraduate and graduate programs in folklore. This includes:
  • Arkansas State University
  • Bowling Green University
  • Georgia State University
  • Harvard University
  • Idaho State University
  • Texas A&M University
  • University of California at Los Angeles
  • University of Kentucky
  • University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
  • University of Oregon
  • University of Pennsylvania
  • University of Texas at Austin
  • University of Wisconsin-Madison
  • Wayne State University
  • Western Kentucky University

Yeah, but those are expensive courses, with costs equivalent to legitimate degrees that you can use to make money, (or not).

Still probably more valuable than any of the Gender studies degrees.

I was looking (or probably not, just rabbit holing, to be honest) at creating a non-profit that could provide an inexpensive alternative means to amateurs and hobbyists to receive some sort of basic certification.

After all, if someone is having episodes of sleep paralysis and wants to have their house smudged, I doubt they are looking at the degrees.

Bwahahhahahahha!!!

Why?

Bwahahhahahahha!!!

Why?

Having said that, if I learned that it could be accomplished with minimal capitalization, might do it. Why not. Interesting side hustle.

The demand for exorcism is way, way up since 2000, and if you are non-Catholic, there aren’t many avenues.
