I told Dad the morning after I read this when I go and talk with him and Mom at Wounded Knee creek . I believe he is looking down and smiling and knows you are a good person and good friend.

He was/is my friend. Even today, he teaches me without judgement. My sadness is limited because you picked up his torch. I have trouble finding words to describe how much pride I have in you and your strength to carry your Dad's burden.
