If the mushrooms are your basic white ones, use more onion and less garlic. Portabellas...more garlic and less onion. ALWAYS use real butter. Cut back on the salt.

I got lazy. I threw a few handfuls of bay scallops in the grease and snacked on cherry tomatoes while I was prepping.

tonight mushroom swiss burger from local place. They make their own chips. Good shit...

That’s a good burger. Another great combo is havarti over diced green olives.
