I got two slabs of Baby Backs and a small piece of a butt (hoping it will be done bout the same time as the ribs)

But and 2 racks of baby backs as well. Just hit 165 on butt and wrapped it. Another hour on ribs before I wrap them. Going to throw some beans in a pan with bell pepper and onion and bake them
