I've been dealing with a real estate headache. I found 3 acres on Lake Como and have a handshake agreement with the owner. But five days before closing on my house the buyer wants to pull out of our deal. I got their notice over the holiday weekend so I'm waiting to hear back from my lawyer.

I have been land shopping myself. The market is very limited for what I want and where I want it.
