Dude. Fake news killed trick-or-treating in the traditional sense when we were kids with their “razor blades and drugs in candy” fear porn in the early 80s. We were a neighborly society until everyone had a cable box or dish watching the 24 hour fake news cycle. Suddenly, nobody trusted anyone and everyone started getting alarm systems and ready to sue for any given reason. This shit happened almost overnight right in front of our eyes. CNN debuted in 1980. Do the math! #MAGAWhat’s wrong with kids today?

The neighborhood I live in is at the edge of the city. We have never gotten much foot traffic, plus the houses are more spread apart than your usual housing tract.
This year with the grandkids we went to a friends house in the center of our city for a kids Halloween party and trick or treating.
We experienced the opposite of what you guys are posting. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were hundreds of kids out. You had to walk on the street as some spots it was so packed with kids.
My brother in another city said they ran out of the candy (300 pieces) they had. Never before had that problem.
Has the Keystone finally run dry?I know, right. They were looking for Busch Ice. Soft is soft.
