SW, in Bayfield, well outside of town on a few acres that the land will be for uhh, personal use

So Bayfield is a nothing town but rich side Durango keeps inching closer and closer and has made the Bayfield school system amazing.

But we are basically a 20 minute drive away suburb/farm down depending on the side of the highway. My little bro is on one side of that road, I'll be on the other and I'll let you guess which side
