Ships desalinate water.....or they wouldn't be able to stay at sea llke they do.....

Over a 100 different countries use and some rely heavily on desalination plants. I really don't want to turn this political so I'll blame both sides for the red tape that is required to get one up and running out here. Plus every time one is proposed, some special interest group ties it up. Since this is the morning coffee crew and we keep it light here, I'll stop.
