Pack yer bags, losers. It's time for a get together.

So an update from my house. My wife is having hip replacement on her right hip Tuesday. Because of her problems she is currently unable to work. That has put all the bill paying on me. I'll be working all the hours I can to take care of that, so no worries. Plant Manager has already authorized me to work however many hours I need to. The timing looks to work out well. She should be able to walk just fine by the time we have our meetup. 6-8 week full recovery. That means we can be there for the week and schedule her left hip replacement shortly after our return home.

I have 2 concerns.

1. Something goes wrong and medically she is unable to make the trip.
2. While I will do what it takes to make sure our bills are paid, I'm not sure we will have the expendable income to actually make the trip.

I said that to say this:

I will do everything in my power to be there. It's what she wants. If for some reason, we can't make it, I want all of you to continue with your plans. Be there. Enjoy each other. Post pictures. Make it a great get together. I promise you won't regret it.
