Prefix by stating we know the preseason poll is worthless. But how does your SoS look based on it?

ND has
#2 @ Ohio State week 1
#4 Clemson week 9
#14 @ USC week 12
#25 neutral site BYU week 6.

Not a bad schedule. Will he interesting to see how they turn out compared to their preseason

I spent longer then you would have thought I should have trying to figure out why a Penn State fan was posting about playing all these SEC teams

Just thought I would offer you some good comedy ;)
I could have worded that better. I added PSU at the last minute because IMHO they are going to be ranked at the end of the season. Will edit for clarity.

Since the OP didn't bother to list the preseason poll, for our convenience, here it is...

. Alabama (54)
2. Ohio State (6)
3. Georgia (3)
4. Clemson
5. Notre Dame
6. Texas A&M
7. Utah
8. Michigan
9. Oklahoma
10. Baylor
11. Oregon
12. Oklahoma State
13. North Carolina State
14. USC
15. Michigan State
16. Miami (FL)
17. Pittsburgh
18. Wisconsin
19. Arkansas
20. Kentucky
21. Mississippi
22. Wake Forest
23. Cincinnati
24. Houston
25. BYU

We have

#3 Dawgs
#4 Clemson
#6 A&M
#19 Razorbacks
#20 Kentucky

So, three of the top six.

You already know I am nervous against you guys with game #1.....you set the tone for the whole season for us.

Thats gonna get some bettors in there.
Think it is great. ND is just playing with house money. It feels weird as a ND fan to be considered the smaller team. But hey. Ohio St has dominated the midwest for a while so they have earned it. And there is no doubt the chips are stacked against ND in this game.

So I will sit there and cheer them on and see what happens
