I finish my noodles in the sauce. Nothing worse than water soaked noodles, put 'em in a separate pan once they're soft enough to stir. Then add more sauce, since my sauce on garlic bread to sop it up may well be my favorite part...

What about leftovers? Me.... I dump all the leftover noodles in the sauce and mix them up then put the bowl(s) in the fridge. I love leftover spaghetti!
