So how do you cook your turkey?

How God fearing Americans cook their Thanksgiving turkey.

Sure there’s no pineapple shoved up that things ass?

Uh oh, got to work and the boss gave everyone a 20 pound whole smoked ham..
One guy is already talking about 6 hours on his pellet grill, video said take it to 140, and yes it's already smoked.. what y'all think @Irishblooded
You cook those for 6 hours and you should just go a couple more and fully have jerkey and not something half ass.

Seriously a ham like that.

About 275 to 300 degrees on the cooker and cook the ham to internal about 135. The normal ham you get in the cyro vac in the store you are looking about 2 ish hours.

Here is a super easy video to get at it. And tastes great I make a version of this every year because I have a cousin that just drives me bat shit crazy if I don't bring it.

Here is me making a version of it a few years ago on the stick burner.

Whenever you hear someone say something such as 'I deep fried my Thanksgiving turkey this year while making dressing' ... chances are they own at least one Che Guevara t-shirt if not more. There's a reason they have 'Russian dressing' ... stuffing is American..
True Americans use chicken dressing. Yankees and liberals use stuffing.
