Great pick and probably the winner right here.2) Mack Brown

I thought about picking Coach Riley but am convinced that until he shows he learned the value of having an elite defensive scheme incorporated into his gameplan, others will get there first.Lincoln Riley
Urban Meyer when he leaves his job as a commentator again to coach Michigan after Harbaugh leaves for the NFL
I’m not as concerned With the defense as most people. They did give up much more yards and points than I care for. But they did lead the nation in turnovers gif and Tuli led the country in sacks.I thought about picking Coach Riley but am convinced that until he shows he learned the value of having an elite defensive scheme incorporated into his gameplan, others will get there first.
After giving it more thought, I change my answer to Gene Chizik.Which coach that has a natty leaves their job first ?

I’m also accounting for lack of depth which was visible with injuries. And the personnel they had to work with. SC has a lot of young players that got some time in and really bulked up the defense so far. Especially in the front 7 where they were really thin last year. I’m going to be patient with Grinch. Riley is giving him the pieces . If he can’t work with what he has now….
I have a hard time picking Riley for another reason. I’m very superstitious haha
As far as picking Urban it would fit his cycle of coaching and commentating. Harbaugh bolting for the NFL and being replaced by Urvan would be pure entertainment on so many levels haha
Agreed 5x5. He’s also a coward and trash. This isn't me being mad that ND lost. Don't think it is.
Riley isn't that good of a coach. He is a great QB developer and a terrific offensive mind. But he isn't a championship level coach.
He is a smarter K Kingsbury.
I honestly think he is just waiting for a NFL gig and will run at the first real opportunity.
Why? So he can develop lung cancer, you dick!?!Here's how I hope it goes:
Mel Tucker for both. That means we get a Natty, and if that happens, I don't care about what happens after that. I'd tip my cap to Mel, send him a box of his favorite cigars.
Saban is due for retirement.
I'm going with #5 on there.

College football early top 25 ranking for 2023 season - Sports Illustrated
Spoiler: Georgia is No. 1 (again).www.si.com
5. Washington
Anyone ready for another purple-clad Playoff crasher? The Huskies could have a chance. In the final analysis, Kalen DeBoer was the best first-year coach not named Sonny Dykes. He now has the chance for a huge second season. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr., who finished in the top 10 in the Heisman Trophy voting, is coming back, as are most of his prime receiving targets. The Huskies have done some work in the transfer portal that should bolster the defense, particularly Oklahoma State defensive back Jabbar Muhammad. In terms of the schedule, there will be a trip to USC, but Oregon must come to Seattle. We’ll see whether Michigan State has recovered sufficiently to provide a test in East Lansing early.

I will hand it to him, he appears to be doing it the right way and is ahead of schedule.Mike Norvell, but I’m biased
