Finally home from the state fair, my girls didn't win this year but had respectable birds. They had to many die this time around from the heat and I guess heart attacks, and so they couldn't get a pen of 5 that were close enough together in weight and type to really compete for the top spots. That's how it goes.

Welp fellars, Im going to be headed to the ER here in a bit. Had a bad toothache the other day and now it has swelled in my neck. Looks like I have something called Ludwig's Angina. Basically a bunch of infection that makes you look like you have a huge double chin. If you go untreated, it could result in breathing problems or go septic which is not good. Treatment seems to be an antibiotic IV. Im gonna finish my beer now and the wife is going to take me to the ER . Hate going to the ER!!!
