It's simple, but delicious and it uses only one pan.
Season Chic with salt/ pepper/ oregano
Blns chic brst browned in a pan with olive oil, remove and let rest
3 cloves (chopped) of garlic with butter for a minute
add cherry tomatoes split in half
add spinach let cook down
add 4-6 oz cream and melt 1/4 (cup) parmesan
place chic brst in pan and lower to simmer for 5 minutes
I use the cherry tomatoes and the baby spinach for salads, so I have it around all the time.
