The weather is starting to cool down in places not named Arizona and we're a few weeks into the College Football Season.
Friday saw BYU beat SMU and Duke beat Northwestern, both on the road. Then came Saturday.
Texas ran Michigan out of Michigan Stadium.
Northern Illinois beat Notre Dame.
Oregon beat Boise State in a close game.
Penn State survived a threat from Bowling Green.
NC State forgot to show up in Charlotte against Tennessee.
Oklahoma beat Houston by an unusual final score of 16-12.
Oklahoma State needed double overtime to beat Arkansas.
Kansas State escaped New Orleans with a win over Tulane.
Illinois beat Kansas in an apparent upset.
Iowa dominated Iowa State only for Iowa State to win.
Syracuse ended Georgia Tech's undefeated run.
Pittsburgh came back to beat Cincinnati.
California beat Auburn on the road.
South Carolina beat Kentucky convincingly.
Michigan State beat Maryland in an exciting finish.
Western Kentucky beat Eastern Kentucky, 31-0 after not getting to wear their white shirts for the whiteout theme.
Nebraska beat Colorado in a game dominated by the Cornhuskers in the 1st Half and the officials in the 2nd.
Elsewhere in sports...
Angel Reese's season is over via injury while the Sky are grasping onto the last Playoff spot though the Dream are threatening.
Aryna Sabalenka won the US Open Women's title and has now won all 4 grand slam events at least once.
The Braves are currently just below the cut line while the White Sox were eliminated on Opening Day.
NASCAR Cup's questionable Playoff setup starts today.
The NFL's opening Sunday is today.
The Chiefs beat the Ravens by a toe and there was a Friday game in Brazil.
Questions for the gallery!
Who was the most impressive in Week 2?
Which was the best game of Week 2?
Does Colorado's front line hate their quarterback?
How screwed are the Chicago Sky without Angel Reese?
Is Aryna Sabalenka the new top player in Women's Tennis?
Is it still too early to notice MLB?
Also, is this the Guardians' year?
The NFL on a Friday, for or against?
And whatever else you feel like getting off your chest in the sports realm. Talk about it!
