You Sir, are way more refined than I am, I usually stick to hickory.. or the pit boss competition blend.. btw, my grill is about 8 years old now and has layers and years worth of flavor "seasoned" into it and that adds a unique flavor that adds value !

I had a similar lunch today. It’s underrated IMO. At times, it’s all you need. And other times, you’re just watching a game, and a few hours later a whole loop of double smoked kielbasa, a box of crackers and a slab of cheese are just gone.

My oldest works in a butcher shop and will sometimes bring me summer sausage fresh made. I love it but it never lasts long in my house.

One thing I really miss about working, is guys bringing in deer jerky and summer sausage made from venison.. Good stuff!
