what flavor chips/pellets you use?
i'm usually smokin with an apple blend,
but also mesquite,
and occasionally a bourbon keg chip blend -
You Sir, are way more refined than I am, I usually stick to hickory.. or the pit boss competition blend.. btw, my grill is about 8 years old now and has layers and years worth of flavor "seasoned" into it and that adds a unique flavor that adds value !
 
Who likes summer sausage, this is Colby Jack chez and a little smear of horseradish, goes good with my bourbon, gonna order a subway here in a bit 🙂 😁

I had a similar lunch today. It’s underrated IMO. At times, it’s all you need. And other times, you’re just watching a game, and a few hours later a whole loop of double smoked kielbasa, a box of crackers and a slab of cheese are just gone.
