I picked up some Turkey 101 a few weeks ago, now its gone. Sometimes I crave that higher proof and dont drink Bourbon that often, so I may try your Iowa rot-gut imitation Bourbon at some point. Im just scared I may get tarred and feathered for asking for it at the liquor store here :LOL: May pick up some Double Oak Woodford tomorrow for the hell of it.

Well it definitely ain't rot gut, get the cedar ridge quintessential, drinks like a dream. Funny thing, I have a great friend that just started working for the Campari group, (owners of wild turkey 101).

Sorry the picture is backwards, my regular camera on my phone is broke, but there is two different quintessential's. The one with the black face is the really good stuff. Smooth lots of great notes to it. Runs at 117.8 proof. You will pay for it, but damn it's really good. The white face is 92 proof and is way over average, 60 to 70 should buy you a bottle. They are both single malts.

Not really.

That many days since my wife torched my life. Since the world I built for 15 years was stolen from me. Since I lost the privilege of seeing my beloved daughter every day...as God intended. Seeing my dog. Being in my home. No, I just had to give up my one vice because my life got plunged into the toilets of Hell by a lying, vindictive, greedy, and selfish woman I loved.

Sorry to hear this man. I get it. The worst for me was the day I moved out and my two daughters stood on the the front porch watching me pack my shit in my car and they just had tears running down their faces. My oldest begged me to take her with me. I cried like a baby as I drove away from the house.

It does get better... I eventually ( after about 7 years I got custody when my kids were in their teens ) got my kids and haven't looked back.
