SEC moving to 9 game conference season in 26'

Remember that time not so long ago when you laid all that bs between me and ODD at my feet like it was all my fault. I remember. Now let's see if UT backs out of their home and home with Washington.
I spoke to you about normalizing your relationship with ODD for both your benefit. There aren't that many of us here and y'all both love CFB. However, you go over the top about riding another team and after a while it gets real old. That was all that was about, you chose not to work it out.
My comments were just made to make it easy for ya.

I look forward to playing the Huskies.

You made it my fault. I remember what you posted.

UW is going to go all OSU on the Vols.

$EC schools that don't have much to worry about with the new rules:

Kentucky (Louisville)
SCAR (Clemson)

Jacksonville is going to be a problem for these two:
UGA (GT)
UF (FSU)

Either make that series a home & home or take a home game revenue hit.

Same goes for UT and OU.

The rest of the $EC better start scrounging for a home & home because that one and done bs at a southern NFL stadium doesn't fly with most P4 teams.

Hate it.

Hated when the B1G did it. Would much rather see cross conference quality play than just more conference isolationism.

But they are seeing the extra cash in it. And here we go.
Where you been the past decade? The $EC with its 8 game conference schedule plays the least amount of power conference teams on average year in and year out than any other conference followed by the ACC so let's not pretend they went out of their way with that extra ooc game to schedule a decent opponent.

The best is the NFL, should we start scheduling them next? We already scheduled the best SOS with 8.
Moot point. This thread has absolutely zero to do with the NFL. I was talking about COLLEGE FOOTBALL and you know it. You can keep your cupcakes if you want, but I like the 6/3 format. It preserves historical rivalries and it let's every 4 year player play in every stadium in the conference.

I don't know what he posted, but thanks for letting me know he still tries. See...I put him on ignore when this place was born. He burned our bridge many years ago. I have no use for him.

The SEC already plays the highest SOS...

Schedule: With the parity due to transfers and NIL, does it really matter? Hell, Vanderbilt wasnt a guaranteed W for anyone last year. Kentucky has been tough for years, same with former doormats like KSU, ISU, Baylor...

Home and Home: The powers that be will never knowingly cut revenue.Texas and OU have been playing at the Cotton Bowl since Geronimo was on the warpath. That game is not moving.

I think Auburn may have a break out season this year. How hot is Freeze's seat right now?
From the boards, it's at least bowl or bust. But who really knows? As bare as the Auburn cupboards were when CHF got there, not just talent but relationships with high schools, IMHO he has done well so far. We have an actual functional 2 deep this year for the first time since I can remember though. Maybe it will help us both if Gruden becomes your new coach mid season ...

Im not sure Gruden can overcome that racist slur stuff to be considered for HC anywhere, except Louisville and Louisville is on the rise with HC Brohm, unfortunately. Stoops buyout is too large to fire him this year, I do hope he turns it around.
