A lot of Californian's are moving here. I think politics is one factor and a lower cost of living and less hectic life is the other. You will be welcome.

I will tell you everyone of them are good people. I would be glad to call them my neighbor and have a morning cup of coffee with but me and the missus are beach people. While I can’t afford to live in a beach community I need to be within striking distance.
